We are not alone in our quest for justice and the return of our constitutionally guaranteed rights and freedoms.

A number of organisations have launched Constitutional Court applications challenging various aspects of the regulations as well as the legality of the application of the State of Disaster Act under these circumstances.

In addition, some groups have sought redress by addressing their concerns directly to the President, the Honourable Cyril Ramaphosa.

There have also been a number of applications to the High Courts challenging either the legality of the regulations in their entirety or aspects thereof.
